Pricing.

Prices are published because a founder should be able to work out whether this is worth a conversation without having one. Everything smaller credits in full against everything larger.

If it isn't working

At the end of month one on the PMM Operating System, or the first week on GTM Foundations, if you don't think this is working we stop and you pay for that period only.

Nothing is wasted

The GTM Audit fee is credited in full against GTM Foundations or the PMM Operating System. The GTM Foundations fee is credited in full against the PMM Operating System if you start within three months. You never pay twice for the same stage.

Straight answers on price.

Why publish prices at all?

Because the alternative is a discovery call whose only purpose is to find out whether you can afford me, which wastes a morning for both of us.

How do I know which tier we are?

Count your products and your markets. One product sold into one or two markets is the first tier regardless of what you've raised.

Is any of it negotiable?

The scope is. The day rate underneath it isn't. If the number is wrong for you, the answer is usually a smaller engagement rather than the same engagement for less.

What are the payment terms?

Split across the months of the engagement, invoiced in EUR. AED figures are shown for reference at the prevailing rate and are not the invoiced amount.

What if we need something that isn't on this list?

Tell me what it is. If it's a good use of the method I'll price it; if it isn't, I'll say so and point you somewhere better.
