A go-to-market you can actually run. In three weeks.

For a launch, a new market, or a first proper GTM motion. I run the first four stages of the PMM Operating System, compressed, and hand you the decisions with the plan attached.

What you get

01 · Your ICP and beachhead

Who to sell to first, and who to disqualify. Scored against the customers you already have, or the ones you're closest to.

02 · The competitive position

Your real alternatives including "do nothing", and where you actually win. Sourced, not asserted.

03 · A message per buyer

Who uses it, who manages them, who signs. Each line tied to a proof point.

04 · The GTM motion

Channels, funnel stages with conversion assumptions, and who owns each step. Costed.

05 · A launch plan with tiers

What ships, at what size, on what date, with the checklist each tier triggers.

The three weeks

Week 1 · Research & competition

Customer calls, win/loss where it exists, the market map and the competitive grid. Stages 01 and 02.

Week 2 · Segment, position, message

Beachhead decision, positioning argued against alternatives, messaging per buyer. Stages 03 and 04.

Week 3 · The plan

Channel mix, funnel model with targets and sensitivities, launch tiering, and a working session so your team can run it.

About eight hours of your time. Stages 01 to 04 of the PMM Operating System.

If you need all six stages installed as a permanent function with the automation behind them, that's the Function Build, from €25,000.

A worked example

The Saudi market entry plan I built for FoodVessel is the same shape as this deliverable: ICP split by buying motion, a positioning statement, a five-stage conversion model with named owners, a channel mix, and a funnel with its assumptions and sensitivities written down.

Who it's for

Good fit

  • You're launching, entering a new market, or selling without a defined motion
  • You can introduce me to five customers or prospects
  • Someone can act on the plan afterwards
  • You want a decision, not options

Not a fit

  • You have nobody to talk to about the product yet
  • You want execution as well as the plan
  • You need all six stages and the automation, which is the Function Build
  • You want consensus rather than a call

Straight answers

Do you need us to have customers?

I need access to five people who've bought, nearly bought, or walked away. That can be design partners at pre-seed. Revenue matters less than conversations.

Is this positioning or go-to-market?

Both, in that order. Positioning is a stage inside it, not the product. If all you need is the story fixed, say so and I'll scope it smaller.

What if we need execution too?

I'll hand your team a plan they can run and recommend people for the parts you can't. I don't run campaigns.

How is this different from the Function Build?

Foundations gives you the decisions for one launch or market. The Function Build installs all six stages as a permanent function with the automation behind them, and takes ninety days.
